What kind of hair is used to make your wigs?
All wigs are made with our 100% virgin hair tresses.
How are wigs constructed?
All wigs are machine made either by factory or custom made by us. All custom wigs are made glue-less to fit your exact measurements.
How long does your wigs last?
With the proper care and maintenance your wig should last 1+ years.
How can I properly maintenance my wig?
I suggest sleeping with a satin pillow case if possible and/ or head wraps or scarfs. When not wearing your unit please store in clean and neat place, hang wig or place onto a wig head or stand if possible. Be sure to always air dry your wig when washing.
Are your wigs glue-less?
Yes all wigs can be worn as glue-less. The factory made wigs are standard sizes. Custom units are glue less as long as the proper measurements are provided. Adjustable Elastic bands or wig clips can be added to all custom units.
Am I required to measure my head?
Yes, measurements are required to ensure your unit fits properly. However, if you are local I am able to measure you for your wig order. Please type "MEASRE ME" when ordering your wig to receive free service. We also offer a guide to help with steps on how to measure your head.
How do I measure my head?
You can search " how to measure my head for a wig " on YouTube and many videos will pop up. I also will provide a guide with how to steps.
How long will it take for my custom wig order to be completed?
All wigs are made to order and will take 3-14 business days depending on hair stock, and availability with schedule.
Do you provide rush shipping?
No, I don’t. Please purchase hair or unit in advance if needed for a specific date or event.
Do you provide local pickup?
Yes we do provide local pickup at checkout.
How long is shipping and handling?
2-5 business days for orders of hair, accessories, & non-custom made wigs. Due to COVID-19 some shipments will take 2-7 business days.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will be notified via email with a tracking number.
Is signature required for my package?
Yes all packages must be signed for.
What if my package gets lost or damaged while in transit?
All packages must be handled directly with mail carrier.
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Do you allow refunds or returns?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no returns/exchanges allowed. If there is a problem with your order please contact us text 601-871-0659, via email at sheiprissyhairfactory@gmail.com or submit a form on contact us page.
Can I provide my own hair or wig?
Yes if you would like to get a custom wig made with your own hair or a pre-made wig customized please purchase your customization under Custom Closure Wig Construction.
After completing order you will receive an email or text message with my shipping information to send hair or wig to. If you are local we will arrange drop off.
Please be sure to label your package with your first and last name and must match with your order number
Do you hair installs?
No I do not but we have several local stylists we recommend.
Do you offer 1on1 wig classes?
At this time we do not offer classes but we plan to in the near future.
Do you offer wholesale?
Not at the moment. We do offer vendor lists. Please email sheiprissyhairfactory.com for more information.
