Shipping/Pickup Information

Shipping is via FEDEX, DHL, UPS or USPS and ranges from 3-7 business days after order processing is complete. Business days are Monday - Friday and DO NOT include weekends. Order processing takes up to 24 hours from the time order is placed not including weekends.

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All missing packages must be handled directly with the mail carrier.

We now offer LOCAL PICKUP at checkout. Pickup is Mon-Fri 10am-5pm or 6pm-8pm Saturday 10am-5pm SUBJECT TO CHANGE! VALID PHOTO ID DUE AT THE TIME of PICKUP.

Please have ID available at pickup! Name & Billing address MUST match your VALID ID for pickup as your order.

All items that are available for pickup will show on product page and also give pickup option at checkout. A email or text message will be sent with exact pickup location, instructions and time. THERE WILL BE NO refund for your order if you fail to contact us for any hair purchased and pickup option not available. PICKUP OPTION IS AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT FOR ITEMS THAT ARE AVAILABLE! You have 5 business days to pickup your order or you will be sent a invoice for shipping $10. NO EXCEPTIONS!! NO REFUNDS!!

Wig Customization is done by order. Pickup may be available sameday or next business day depending on workload. Contact us 601-871-0659 before ordering to consult pickup with customization! There will be NO REFUNDS so please contact BEFORE purchasing for any questions regarding pickup for customize unit!
